In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "399pk" means the online gaming platform operated at 399pk.org, including all sub-pages, gaming services, and associated infrastructure.
• "Account" means the personal player account created by a User upon successful completion of the registration process on 399pk.
• "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions in their current version, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy incorporated herein by reference.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real money funds held in a User's 399pk account wallet, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a User by 399pk, which are subject to applicable wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Games" means all gaming products available on 399pk, including but not limited to live dealer casino games, slot titles, poker, and sports betting markets.
• "Platform" means the 399pk website, its mobile-optimised interface, and all digital features accessible to registered Users.
• "User" / "Player" means any individual who registers and holds an active Account on 399pk.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency used for all financial transactions on 399pk.

By accessing the 399pk Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using 399pk and refrain from creating or accessing an Account.

Your continued use of 399pk following the publication of any amendment to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. 399pk will notify registered Users of material changes via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account.

To be eligible to register and maintain a 399pk Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions on a continuous basis:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and throughout the lifetime of your Account.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You do not hold an existing active Account on 399pk, whether registered under your name, mobile number, payment method, or any other identifying information.
• You are accessing 399pk voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, consultant, or close family member thereof of 399pk or any of its affiliated third-party game providers.
• You have not been self-excluded from 399pk or been subject to a mandatory exclusion order that remains in force.
• Your use of 399pk complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your place of residence.

399pk reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any eligibility criterion at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable period may result in suspension of the Account and withholding of any associated Balance pending review.

To access real-money gaming services on 399pk, you must complete the registration process in full and provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. The registration process requires you to supply, at minimum:

• A valid Pakistani mobile number that is registered in your legal name and to which you have uninterrupted access.
• A secure password of your choosing that meets the minimum security specifications set by 399pk.
• Confirmation that you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of this Agreement.
• Agreement to this Terms & Conditions document, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

You represent and warrant that all information you provide during registration and at any subsequent point is true, accurate, and not misleading in any respect. 399pk reserves the right to conduct identity verification procedures at registration or at any time thereafter. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate termination of the Account without refund of any Balance.

Each person may hold only one (1) Account on 399pk. In the event that duplicate Accounts are detected — whether identified by shared mobile number, payment method, IP address, device fingerprint, or other identifying markers — 399pk reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and transfer any remaining Balance to the earliest-registered Account, subject to the completion of verification procedures.

You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 399pk Account credentials, including your login mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

Any activity conducted through your 399pk Account will be deemed to have been authorised by you, irrespective of whether you were personally present at the time of the activity. 399pk shall have no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

• You must notify 399pk immediately via live chat or at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation.
• You must not allow another person to use your Account, deposit funds on your behalf, or place wagers using your Account.
• You must log out of your Account when using a shared or public device.
• You are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account to provide an additional layer of security.

399pk accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following authorised payment methods:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet (instant credit)
• EasyPaisa — mobile wallet (instant credit)
• Raast — SBP instant payment system (near-instant credit)
• HBL — Habib Bank Limited bank transfer (15–30 minutes)
• UBL — United Bank Limited bank transfer (15–30 minutes)
• Meezan Bank — bank transfer (15–30 minutes)

All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. 399pk does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from an unverified or third-party source may be reversed and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.

399pk charges no transaction fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside the control of 399pk and will be borne by you. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 50. There is no maximum single-transaction deposit limit imposed by 399pk, though individual payment providers may apply their own limits.

Withdrawals from a 399pk Account are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or a verified alternative method in the Account holder's name, at 399pk's sole discretion.
• All pending wagering requirements attached to any Bonus Funds in your Account must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal of associated winnings can be processed.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. 399pk may request a copy of a government-issued CNIC, proof of the payment method, and proof of address.
• There is no minimum withdrawal amount and no platform-imposed withdrawal fee. Payment provider processing fees, if any, are the responsibility of the User.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically complete within 90 seconds of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals complete within one to two business hours during standard banking hours.
• 399pk reserves the right to delay the processing of any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending the completion of an internal investigation.

399pk may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered Users. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers unless explicitly superseded by promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements") that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiple will be clearly stated on each promotion's detail page.
• Wagering requirements must typically be completed within a specified time window. Bonus funds not wagered within the applicable period will expire and be removed from the Account without notice.
• Bonus funds and real money funds may be held in separate sub-wallets within a 399pk Account. Real money funds may generally be withdrawn at any time, subject to verification, whereas Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements.
• Each promotional offer is available once per eligible User unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through duplicate Accounts, multiple payment methods, or other means constitutes abuse and will result in Account suspension.
• 399pk reserves the right to amend the terms of, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any change does not adversely affect a User who has already accepted the offer and is actively satisfying the wagering requirements at the time of the change.
• Winnings generated from free spins may be capped at a maximum PKR amount specified in the relevant promotion's terms.

All games offered on 399pk operate pursuant to the rules specified within each individual game's interface and the terms of the relevant third-party game provider. By participating in any game on 399pk, you acknowledge and accept those rules.

All non-live games on 399pk — including slots, virtual table games, and poker — utilise a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories. The RNG ensures that all game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

• A bet once placed and confirmed by the system is binding. 399pk shall not be responsible for any losses arising from a User placing an unintended wager.
• In the event of a technical failure mid-game — whether caused by server interruption, network disconnection, or software error — 399pk's internal game logs will be used to determine the state of play at the point of interruption. Where a fair resolution cannot be determined, the game session may be voided and the relevant stake returned to the User's Account Balance.
• In sports betting, all settled markets are final unless an error in the settlement process is subsequently identified. Incorrect settlements identified within 72 hours of the relevant event result will be corrected and Accounts adjusted accordingly.
• Theoretical Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are displayed on all 399pk slot titles. Actual session results will vary from theoretical RTP. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not predict individual session outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 399pk. Any User found to be engaged in any prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all Account Balances and pending winnings:

• Opening or attempting to open more than one Account on 399pk.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Account of another person or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, chip dumping, or any form of sports betting fraud, including but not limited to insider betting on events in which the User has relevant non-public information.
• Depositing funds through a payment method that is not registered in your name.
• Using the 399pk platform for any money-laundering activity or in furtherance of any financial crime.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, abuses, or threatens 399pk employees, agents, or other Users.

399pk is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming and the prevention of problem gambling. We provide the following tools and resources to all registered Users, accessible free of charge through the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR caps on Account deposits. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours thereafter.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum allowable PKR loss over a defined period. 399pk will automatically suspend further betting activity once the defined limit is reached.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts at 30, 60, or 90-minute intervals to prompt review of gaming activity.

All intellectual property rights in and to the 399pk Platform — including but not limited to the website design, software, code, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, game interfaces, and all written content — are the exclusive property of 399pk or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 399pk Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the 399pk Platform.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the 399pk software.
• Create derivative works based on any 399pk content or software.
• Scrape, spider, or otherwise extract data from the 399pk Platform by automated means.
• Use any 399pk trademark, logo, or brand identifier without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 399pk's total aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, howsoever caused, shall not exceed the total amount of real money funds deposited by that User to their 399pk Account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

399pk shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Gaming losses arising from normal gaming activity — all real-money gambling carries inherent risk of loss and Users participate at their own risk.
• Any loss or damage arising from temporary or permanent unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, server failures, network issues, or third-party service interruptions.
• Any loss or damage arising from a User's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials as required by Section 5.
• Any loss arising from a User's reliance on information, statistics, or odds published on the Platform that are subsequently found to contain errors, provided that 399pk takes reasonable steps to correct identified errors promptly.

399pk reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Material amendments — those that substantially alter a User's rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered Users via the mobile number or email address held on the Account, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice prior to taking effect.
• Non-material amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications, and changes required to comply with applicable law — may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.
• The current version of this Agreement, bearing its effective date and version number, is the version that governs your use of 399pk at any given time. Previous versions may be archived and made available on request.

Your continued use of 399pk following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using 399pk and may request closure of your Account and withdrawal of any remaining real money Balance.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes and claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the operational jurisdiction under which 399pk is licensed.

In the event of a dispute between a User and 399pk, the parties agree to the following resolution process:

• Step 1 — Informal Resolution: The User must first submit a written complaint to 399pk's support team at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute. 399pk will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within seven (7) business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved at Step 1 to the satisfaction of the User, the matter may be escalated to 399pk's compliance department, which will conduct an independent internal review within fourteen (14) business days.
• Step 3 — External Resolution: If the dispute remains unresolved following Steps 1 and 2, Users may pursue resolution through applicable dispute resolution mechanisms available under the platform's operating licence.

All disputes must be raised within ninety (90) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims raised outside this period will not be considered.
